I am excited to see that books and reading have come back in vogue, both children, teenagers, and adults alike.  It’s always fun to get hold of a good story and just lose yourself in it for a few hours.  Yes, this is a bit over the top, but it’s harmless fun.  The excitement that’s building around the Twilight franchise just reminds me of how much I love reading and why I chose to follow my dream and become an author.  I only hope my stories resonate with people and generate even half the buzz that  Harry Potter, Twilight, and other stories have.

Too Funny: The Only Reason for a Wedding Rehearsal

My friend had this posted on her blog and it made my night watching it.

It’s silly, but I found it to be extremely touching.  There is something to be said for true friend and friendship; and what friends are willing to do to make something special for you.
